Why Antidote?

There’s no shortage of health advice out there—much of it contradictory, confusing, or driven by profit, not evidence. New fads emerge every week. Old truths are questioned. And in the noise, it’s hard to know what to trust.

Antidote cuts through the clutter.

Written by a medical doctor and public health expert, this newsletter translates the latest science into practical, clear insights. It focuses on what really matters for your health—and the health of our planet.

No hype. No hidden agenda. Just independent, informed perspectives that connect the dots between climate, health, food systems, and the big forces shaping our collective future.
